Our PP Woven Dunnage Air Bag are made from a combination of polypropylene and polyethylene. Certified by the Association of American Railroads, these Level 1 bags can be used in over the road trucks, overseas containers, and railroad cars (intermodal and boxcar).The bags are 100% recyclable, and can be reused multiple times in non-railroad applications if handled properly.Dunnage Air Bags perform best when the pressure force of the bag exerted onto the load is equal to, or greater than the weight of the product. In order accomplish this, the bag needs to have as much surface contact with the product as possible. Dunnage bags help contain the load and prevent the product from shifting inside the trailer or container. They're much more effective in stabilizing cargo than wood blocking and other bracing methods.
