A standard plastic slip sheets is a thick plastic sheet the size of a regular pallet with two tabs (reffered to as pull tabs) The plastic slip sheet is made of recycled high density polyethylene (HDPE). The plastic slip sheets are designed to replace wooden or plastic pallets in transportation or other warehouse applications. Generally, plastic slip sheets are twice as strong as fiber paper slip sheets.Plastic Slipsheets are becoming the most popular, efficient and cost-effective material-handling product replacing the traditional wooden pallet. Our Slipsheets are primarily made of HDPE and are used all round the world to ship a growing number of products including: Food and Beverage, Construction Materials, Electronics, Chemicals and Agriculture.Slip sheets are used in conjunction with a push-pull device which can be attached to a standard forklift within minutes. Product is stacked on the slipsheet s exactly as on pallets. To on-load, the push-pull unit clamps the edge of the slipsheet and drags it onto a metal plate fixed to the forklift. To off-load, the device gently pushes the slipsheet and product, while the forklift backs away, so the loaded slipsheet slides off in place
