Stabilize your shipment with pp -woven airbags. These products are perfect for filling any gaps between your pallets, barrels, crates, and other cargo. Simply place and inflate to prevent unwanted movement and/or damage. They also provide shock absorption for extra security. Constructed with a two-way locking valve, it’s quick and easy to inflate and deflate these air bags. The typical fill time is less than 30 seconds! They can be used in road trucks, intermodal rail cars, boxcar rail cars, and overseas containers.

Construction

The basic construction of any dunnage air bag is the combination of two major parts:

the IN-LINER (extruded polyethylene) which holds the compressed air.
the OUT LINER (PP woven polypropylene material) which gives the shape, the stability and the enormous strength to the dunnage air bag. The strength depends on the material thickness (level).

Fast filling valve (Venturi)

Fast filling valves, compared to the traditional valves, manage a huge amount of air: airbags are filled up much faster, no compressed air is not wasted. (Compared to the standard valves, dunnage airbags are filled fast- er than 30 – 40%). They also provide repetitive use of the airbag thanks to the ease of deflation.

Filling Pressure

According to the European standard, the safety factor is 3. (Nominal burst pressure / Filling pressure).

Average working pressure will not exceed 0,05 bar.
